Ampthill Festival Gala Day 2006: Sunday, 25th June, 2006 included:

Parade (from Station Road at 12.15pm): Festival Queen & Princesses, Redbornstoke Morris, Julian the Juggler, Mr Cheese, Andy Greaves & Lewis, Samba Band, Ampthill Town Band & a host of Ampthill Organisations

Entertainment: Sponge Plunge, Stu – Art  Circus, Jazzercise, Redbornstoke Morris

Attractions: Large 'World Cup' TV Screen, Ben Shaughnessy's Alto Performance Company - High powered motorbikes Exhibition, Charity Stalls, Simulators, Vampire Drop & countless other attractions

Music Acts: Big Girls Blues Band and Friends, Spaced Out, Hot and Horny, New Groove Formation (Starts at 1.15, Finishes at 7.00)

Ampthill Gateway Club

Ampthill Gateway Club provides a leisure outlet for Children with a Learning Disability and associated physical disabilities up to the age of 16/18. It also provides much needed respite for their carers on a regular basis. There is a minimum donation of £1 per session. This is to cover the cost of affiliation to Mencap, Insurance and a mid morning drink and snack. Opening Hours: 9am to 12 noon Alternate Saturdays (except August). We meet on alternate Saturday mornings in Ampthill
